Is there an assumption that the first series on the left is the x-axis and the others are y-axis data, that was established when you pick a scatter plot? How does this work? Seems there should be a checkbox or some way to assign one series to the x-axis (unless we can have mixed x-axis scales, quite a mess). Each series seems to be identical in terms of properties - I don't see where one series is assigned to the x axis and the other series assigned to the y axis - yes, they are named that way, but you can change the names any way you want. It just doesn't make sense to me, there is no clarity which marker or data is the x axis or the y axis. The y markers (diamonds) are not visible. Also, the labels seem backward - the X markers are trending down to the right, which is what the Y data is actually doing. However, we are plotting y vs x, so I would think there would be only one legend marker. It shows a square for X values, and a diamond for Y values, as if we are plotting two series of points. The legend doesn't make sense to me for a scatter plot. I downloaded the example "LabeledPlot.ods", and I have a question.
